outta here!
We're out of the studio for a few days for some much-needed rest & relaxation. We'll be back on January 31. Have a great week!

It seems we're always busy all the way through Christmas & New Year's and this year was no different. As a result, we really didn't take much time off for the holidays so we'll going to close the studio and blast off for a little down time before the 2008 weddings really get into swing.
We'll be closed January 23-30. All inquiries, e-mails and voice messages will be returned by January 31 when we get back. Thanks for understanding!

I know a lot of folks are complaining about the cold and snow we've had this year but we like to focus on the positive...the conditions are just perfect for romantic engagement portraits in the snow! check out these from recent sessions:
Here's the wedding album we designed for Annie & Ben from our December 29 wedding in Colorado Springs. I love the rich colors and great looks we got from just running around a hotel lobby on a cold day!

Wow...110,927. That's the number of frames Image Factory shot at weddings in 2007. This doesn't even count all our portrait sessions, sports tournaments, dance recitals and 'just for fun' shots! No wonder our cameras are tired! If we were to roll all of the wedding images together and make one of our signature slide shows, it would take over 90 hours to watch!
Our 2008 wedding bookings are even stronger and word of mouth is spreading like wildfire. We're pumped up and ready for another year of beautiful weddings, gorgeous brides and fun parties!
Saturday we photographed our last wedding of 2007 at the stylish Colorado Springs Marriott hotel. This was to be our third wedding there in 2007 but one couple ended up changing locations. In any case, we enjoyed the pretty views of Pike's Peak from the guest rooms and the back deck, the stylish interior and an spacious location that worked perfect for a cold weather day!
The girls created their own draperies...
Annie endured a little pain putting on the veil but it was worth it!
Ben getting some flattery from the ladies...
And looking quite GQ himself!
The beautiful bride with her cozy cape to stay warm.
The experienced flowergirls showed more enthusiasm than the first timer.
A cute and yummy cake.
Finally a moment alone!
