Homecoming of the 193rd Military Police Battalion - Denver military event photography

Just over one year ago we waved goodbye to Colorado National Guard members of the 193rd Military Police Battalion as they headed for Afghanistan (see our blog post here: http://imagefactoryphoto.blogspot.com/2010/01/193rd-military-police-battalion.html).

While the year went quickly for us, we know it was a long and lonely deployment and just as hard for the families that were left behind so we were honored to be part of the homecoming ceremonies for these brave soldiers and families on Tuesday. We can't imagine what it's like to be in the shoes of a deployed soldier or of a family left behind but we're extremely grateful for all that they do!
